产品简介
XRF测试仪2400是款功能强大的X荧光光谱分析仪。它综合了的常规测试(普通模式)和特有的光路系统测试 (超锐模式)，普通模式能完成元素，贵金属，RoHS，镀层等常规测试，超锐模式能对客户比较关心的低含量元素进行更的测试。XRF测试仪主要是使用天瑞仪器特有超锐光路系统，降低仪器的背景噪音，提高仪器的检出能力，从而提高仪器的整体检测性能。
The XRF tester 2400 is a powerful X fluorescence spectrometer. It combines the conventional test instrument (normal mode) ａnd optical system specific tests (super sharp mode), common mode can complete elements, precious metals, RoHS, coating ａnd other conventional tests, low content of super sharp pattern can be more concerned about the customer＇s test for more accurate. The XRF tester mainly uses the super sharp optical system of Tian Rui instrument to reduce the background noise of the instrument ａnd improve the detection ability of the instrument, so as to improve the overall detection performance of the instrument.
